Local Authorities:
Following a successful pilot project to provide data to Tendring District Council, we are now expanding data provision to Local Authorities across Essex. We signed Service Level Agreements to develop an Essex Records Centre with three other Local Authorities (Essex County Council; Braintree District Council and Chelmsford Borough Council) at the end of 2010, and are hoping to expand the service further in 2011. Local Authorities and planners wishing to enquire about a Service Level Agreement should contact BRIE for further details.

Commercial organisations:
BRIE does not currently have the resources to respond to requests for data on a case-by-case basis, however commercial organisations are able to obtain data from BRIE by signing a Service Level Agreement with the developing records centre. Please contact BRIE for further details.

Not-for-profit enquiries:
BRIE does not have the resources at present to respond to individual requests for data, and individuals and organisations that wish to obtain data on a one-off basis are advised to contact the alternative sources below. However, not-for-profit organisations that wish to share data with BRIE on a regular basis are encouraged to do so via a data exchange agreement. Please contact BRIE for details.

Consultancies:
We do not currently provide a data service to consultants, but are developing plans to do so in future. To be kept informed of our progress, or to contribute data to the developing Essex Records Centre please contact us.
